Warranty

  • The warranty for Techkon products is 24 months starting with the date of purchase. The invoice is the certificate of warranty. The warranty is invalid if the damage is caused by inadequate use of the device. Only original Techkon spare parts and accessories are to be used.
  • Should a Techkon product not work according to the specification, please contact us before sending us the device. In most cases we can solve the problem over the phone or via email.

Inspection Intervals

  • We recommend validating the complete functionality of the device with a Device Check at the 24 month time interval at a Techkon service center. The complete Device Check includes the issuance of a new Manufacturer certificate.
  • Free loaner units are available to warranty customers
